My name is Ryan Duren and I've been a resident of Hernando, MS since June 2020. Originally from Michigan, I joined the Air Force in 2008 and served up to May 2020. During my service, I was fortunate enough to travel and be stationed all over Asia, where bubble tea has been a huge staple. It has been gaining popularity in the US in the recent years. So I wanted to share this and introduce my new hometown of Hernando all the different flavors I've come to enjoy from the different cultures I've experienced.
Bubble tea originated in Taiwan in the early 1980s. It was a combination of milk, tea, and tapioca pearls. Since then, it has grown to be fully customizable to appease anyone's tastebuds and dietary restrictions. Our shop offers different flavors of milk teas and fruit teas, as well as our own in-house specialTeas.
If you're looking for a quick bite to eat, we also offer snacks, such as brownies, cookies, Nutella croissants, banana pudding, chia pudding, and a variety of French macarons. You'll also notice that we serve Spam Musubi! A handheld snack that was made popular in Hawaii. On Fridays, we put our twist on it and use red rice, a recipe from the island of Guam! If you're feeling hungry for more than a snack, we offer our Firecracker Musubi bowl. It's spicy, tangy, and filling! As well as the best-tasting bubble waffles in NW Mississippi!
So... what are you waiting for? Come stop by and indulge in your new favorite Bubble Tea Shop!
